Junior Recruitment Consultant
Salary: 1500 – 2500 BGN
For our own needs we are looking for:
Junior Recruitment Consultant
If you have:
- Working knowledge of applicable Labour legislation
- Bachelor/Masters degree in HR, BA or relevant.
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and cooperate with colleagues
- Good analytical and reporting skills
If you want to:
- Source and screen candidates for skill sets identified by the Recruitment project lead;
- Full end to end ownership of the candidate journey and responsibility for talent pooling and utilizing the most effective sourcing channels meet placement targets;
- Ensure a resourcing plan is in place for each vacancy and providing a consultative approach to your given business area;
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential candidates for clients that you support using LinkedIn, Internal databases and other sourcing tools
- Manage the candidate throughout the resourcing lifecycle and update candidate records in the tracking database
- Conduct structured telephone interview with identified candidates via video conferencing tools or telephone
- Ensure the candidate understands the onboarding process for the client – this includes: pre-employment screening, contract generation, timesheet process and payment terms (where applicable).
